These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at bigskylittleacorn.com and the products, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Big Sky Little Acorn, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Big Sky Little Acorn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services or to enter into a paid subscription. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
2. Accounts
Certain Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and payments
- Some Services are offered on a paid or subscription basis. Pricing and billing frequency are presented at the point of purchase.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
- By starting a paid subscription you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Applicable taxes may be added to the price.
4. Refunds
We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating any law; infringing the rights of others; uploading malware or attempting to gain unauthorized access; interfering with or disrupting the Services; scraping or harvesting data without permission; or using the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and content we provide, are owned by Big Sky Little Acorn, LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate and provide the Services to you.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
